Jesse Sims is a multidisciplinary Environmental Engineer and Restoration Ecologist with a proven track record managing complex federal remediation and infrastructure projects. With a background in civil engineering (B.S.) and restoration ecology (M.S.), Jesse brings over six years of hands-on experience supporting environmental cleanup efforts across Superfund, RCRA, and CERCLA-regulated sites. His expertise spans project management, quality control, site safety, stormwater infrastructure, UXO clearance, and ecological restoration.

Jesse has served as Project Manager, Quality Control Officer, and Site Safety and Health Officer on high-profile Department of Defense (DOD) contracts for the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where he ensured strict compliance with federal regulations, contract specifications, and environmental protection standards. He has overseen remedial excavations, landfill closures, time-critical removal actions, and levee reconstruction, providing technical field engineering, AutoCAD modeling, Trimble-based surveying, and coordination with regulators.

He is highly skilled in stormwater and erosion control, managing large-scale SWPPP and BMP programs under extreme conditions. In addition to his engineering and construction oversight work, Jesse has contributed to long-term vegetation monitoring, habitat restoration, and stormwater treatment facility operations, with field experience in Hawaii, New Jersey, California, Guam, and Montana.
